Virginia Dental Journal Moves to Digital Format

After careful consideration and in alignment with the evolving landscape of media consumption, the Virginia Dental Association (VDA) has made the strategic decision to transition from our traditional print format to an exclusive, state-of-the-art digital publication for the Virginia Dental Journal.

With a legacy spanning over 100 years, the decision to move to a digital-only format was made in a vote by the VDA Board of Directors during their September 2023 meeting. This pivotal transition will officially commence with the release of the January – March 2025 issue (Volume 102, Number 1).

While we recognize that this news may evoke a sense of nostalgia for some, we believe that now is the moment to embrace the advancements in digital media. Our commitment to delivering a first-class digital experience remains unwavering.
